The principal accountabilities of this position are to:

• Provide general first and second level technical support on computing equipment for end users and maintenance thereof with the IT Service Desk daily.

• Provide basic back-office IT administration.

• Troubleshoot hardware, software applications and operating system problems for staff.

• Maintain and update end-point security measures on all computers.
