Duties & Responsibilities
The principal accountabilities of this position are to:
- Provide first-line support for EFT, ERP, and related business systems to ensure uninterrupted operations and optimal user productivity.
- Monitor and manage the operational health of business systems by reviewing system reports and alerts to maintain high system availability.
- Contribute to the development of business requirements, feasibility studies, and business cases in alignment with system development lifecycle, infrastructure, and information security standards.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and coordinated system operations.
- Perform system and integration testing to support User Acceptance Testing and Systems Integration Testing, ensuring solutions meet technical and operational requirements.
- Conduct market research on existing and emerging software solutions to support informed decision-making and technology adoption.
- Execute any other duty assigned to him/her in line with the department’s operations by the supervisor from time to time.
