Minimum Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Procurement & Supply/ Logistics/ Public/Business Administration

Duties & Responsibilities
The principal accountabilities of this position are to:
· Management of the Bank’s fleet to ensure that the services are provided/available to the Bank
· Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure cost-effective purchases.
· Source quotations for goods/services as required by the respective Departments.
· Ensure procurement processes comply with organizational and regulatory standards.
· Prepare and process purchase requests in line with Bank’s procurement policy
· Update and maintain supplier databases and performance records
· Create purchase orders for all procurement activities in the Bank.
· Supervise the internal and external mail deliveries personnel to ensure that the mail service is efficient.
· Management movements of the Bank’s assets.
· Prepare procurement reports and cost analyses.
· Source quotations for assets, advice respective departments on the type of assets to acquire.
· Prepare procurement reports and cost analyses.
· Maintain accurate fleet records and documentation
· Investigate and report on vehicle incidents or damages.
· Responsible for acquiring, record, distribute, account, and disposal of assets
· Provide organizing functions to ensure successful auctions of obsolete assets of the Bank.
· Conduct the bi-annual asset verification to ensure that all assets of the Bank are accounted for.
· Perform any other duty as may be assigned by the supervisor.
