Duties & Responsibilities
The principal accountabilities of this position are to:
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and robust payment systems and infrastructure that seamlessly support operations.
• Develop and implement a technology strategy that aligns with IPN's goals, driving innovation in payment solutions and ensuring readiness for future advancements.
• Establish, monitor, and enforce cybersecurity protocols and compliance with regulations to safeguard data integrity and maintain system trust.
• Oversee reliable, high-performing technology operations, network management, and continuous IT service improvement.
• Manage vendor relationships for cost-effective operations and oversee the onboarding, training, and support of participants to ensure successful engagement with IPN systems.
• Oversee data management, system performance analytics, and disaster recovery to ensure data quality, operational efficiency, and business continuity.
• Build and lead a high-performing technology team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous professional development.
