Minimum Experience: 8+ Years with 8 years HR generalist experience, with a proven track record in performance management, culture transformation, and capacity development.
Minimum Qualification: Honours in B. Hons degree in Human Resources, Industrial or Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Development, or related field.

• Digital fluency and proficiency in HR technologies.
• Knowledge of relevant employment laws and understanding of change management methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple levels and functions within the organization.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and trends.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals will be considered an added advantage.
Duties & Responsibilities
The principal accountabilities of this position are to:
• Facilitate and provide expert guidance on strategic HR processes, including performance management, organisational development, talent management, workforce planning, succession planning, and human capacity development.
• Lead culture transformation initiatives to enhance employee engagement and overall organisational effectiveness.
• Facilitate workforce planning, job design, and job analysis processes to ensure optimal structuring and resourcing.
• Support and drive people change initiatives by partnering with leadership to facilitate smooth implementation and adoption.
• Facilitate organisational awareness regarding relevant HR systems, policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance and correct interpretation.
• Identify HR trends and conduct benchmarking to drive continuous improvement of HR practices, strategies and interventions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop direct reports, ensuring continuous growth and achievement of department objectives.
• Utilise HR data and analytics to generate actionable insights that support data driven decision-making and enable impact assessments of HR interventions.
