Duties & Responsibilities
The principal accountabilities of this position are to:
- Administer robust information protection protocols, policy, procedure, and training and Contribute to the delivery of the Records Management Framework programme.
- Contribute to the management of the Banks physical records initiatives as outlined in the approved strategy.
- Ensure physical and electronic records are managed in compliance with the record management policy and approved records management improvement strategy this includes.
- Oversee and provide guidance on the appropriate use of the Bank’s File Plan by ensuring regular updating and raising awareness.
- Provide input with the development of policies, procedures, and guidelines by undertaking research that informs best practices.
